US Congressman Andrew Garbarino will be addressing the apprentices. Andrew is a tremendous friend to our organized labor, especially the Carpenters Union. He is a Davis-Bacon Republican who has voted with us on numerous occasions while in the Assembly and continues to do so in Congress through his recent support of the Infrastructure Bill.
