Volunteer: Local 276 Translation ServicesCarpenters Local 276 is always looking to increase the accessibility of our organization to potential new members of diverse backgrounds. With that goal comes certain challenges, one of which can be language barrier. We are looking for current members who are proficient in one of more languages to assist in translating for potential new members. These tasks may inclue but not limited to: infomation sessions, new member paperwork, and new hire paperwork. Some members have even gone as far as to have that new member join them on their current jobsite with the encouragement of their contractor.
